"This is the most complex project I’ve worked on yet. The biggest Silver Maple Leaf we had manufactured prior to this one was a five-kilo coin with a 180 mm diameter; that piece required the maximum striking force of our stronger coining press, so we had to get creative in order to achieve this 10-kilo, 230 mm coin using the same coining machine. It was just one of the many challenges we encountered throughout this project, from coin blanks to capsule manufacturing, and we’re so proud of the end result."
