Good to know

Do not cover the 2D barcodes located on the outer corners of the destination areas to prevent processing issues
Signature option available at additional charge with signature stickers (purchase packet of 3 or book of 25 online)
Additional liability coverage (up to $5,000) is available for a fee and can be purchased at any retail post office location
Undeliverable items will be returned to sender (you will be charged on delivery when the item is returned back to you)

In 2022, we modified the product to remove the detachable customer receipt. For items without the receipt, a peel-off tab can be detached to keep a record of the tracking number. Articles without the receipt will be distributed as they are made available. Both versions are accepted by Canada Post.

The on-time delivery guarantee may be modified during peak period (see canadapost.ca/notice) or suspended due to causes beyond Canada Post’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, epidemics, labour disruptions, equipment failures or unanticipated surges in volume.
