About the design

The stamp, OFDC and postcard are the work of designer Adrian Horvath and illustrator Amélie Martel.
This cover depicts a lively community garden scene where people come together to grow fruits and vegetables. The imagery reminds us that, if provided with the right conditions and care, plants and youth will flourish and grow – from the ground up.
The cancel mark on the cover is a butterfly in flight.
The back includes images of a rabbit and ladybug, text about gardening and the fundraising initiative, plus credits and charitable registration number on a sky background.
